‘New Day’ is committed to protecting individual privacy and securing the personal information of our partners and clients. When you undertake certain actions on our website, such as donating, signing up for our email newsletter, filling out various contact forms, etc., you knowingly provide us with personal contact information. New Day pledges to never share this personal information with third parties.

New Day Storytelling Advocates complies with applicable Federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, age, disability, religion, or sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, and gender identity).
Intellectual Property Policy
New Day respects the intellectual and creative property of others and will never reference, share, or publicize an artisan’s work without their expressed written consent. In tandem with this creative intellectual property contractual agreement, work shared on behalf of potential student clients must be their own and original in nature.
Child Safety Policy
Students 18 years of age or younger engaging in virtual or in-person conferencing or services must have expressed consent from an adult or parent guardian and/or be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or trusted adult. Additionally, due to the median age of our readership and creative team, New Day endorses developmentally appropriate narratives for youth that do not contain explicit language, hate speech, or gratuitously violent, sexual, and/or graphic content. New Day reserves the right to refuse services, report suspected cases of child abuse or neglect to governmental authorities and agrees to always uphold the safety and welfare of its young clientele and staff. New Day cannot be held liable for reporting to governmental authorities in good faith, regarding the safety and wellbeing of children.
